How do I redeem a promotional code?
You will be asked type in your promotional code at the end of the check-out process, right before introducing your credit card information.
How long do orders take to process?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Do you ship to a PO Box addresses?
We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses.
When will my online order arrive?
US Orders:
For US customers we offer two shipping methods, UPS Ground and UPS 2nd day air. Typically a UPS ground delivery will reach its destination on the East Coast in 2-3 business days. West Coast customers, please expect 5-7 business days.
International Orders:
We ship international orders with USPS Priority Mail International. Average delivery time is between 6-10 business days.
How can I track my shipment?
You will receive a confirmation email containing an online tracking number once your order ships.
What happens if my size isn't available?
We re-stock certain items throughout the year. If a particular size is not available in the style you want, please write us on our contact page and we will let you know if and when that size will be re-stocked.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, AmEx, Mastercard, Discover) and PayPal Express Checkout.
Do you collect sales tax?
We collect sales tax for online orders shipped only to the state of New York. International orders are subject to import duty upon arrival, to obtain import duties we suggest you contact your local customs office.
How long do refunds or exchanges take to process?
Once your items have been received, we will promptly process your refund or exchange. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your refund or exchange. If you do not receive a return notification email during this period, please contact customer service.
How do I return something?
