Mistura
The Mistura Food Festival has become one of the most famous gastronomic celebrations in the world. Held in Lima, Peru, Mistura draws hundreds of thousands of people, including the world's most famous chefs, to amazing displays of traditional cuisine. The fair brings togethers a large swatch of Peruvian society: farmers, pisco producers, cooks, bakers, food sellers, restaurants and cooking schools all gather to celebrate Peru's cultural diversity.
